CHS Update: Tuesday, March 24, 2020
BOARD GAME DELIVERIES | Yesterday we kicked off "Spring Break" by delivering board games to students throughout the District. Didn't get a chance to make your request? E-mail us the age of your child at:
We will resume board game deliveries tomorrow, Wednesday, March 25 between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Board games will be delivered to your front door (unless you've requested another location).
Please be sure your child is following social distancing guidelines. While we love seeing all of our students and their happy faces, it's important that students not greet their teachers personally at the door etc. I want to thank you for the tremendous response to this initiative -- we are doing our very best to fulfill all requests. If our time off from school must be extended beyond April 6th, I hope that you will consider exchanging board games with your neighbors and friends to share some of the fun.
GRADES FOR THIRD QUARTER | Parents and students can now access 3rd quarter grades through Progress Book.
GET ACTIVE | The Cuyahoga Heights School District encourages you to get out and get active in safe ways during the extended closure. You can take a hike, ride your bike, walk your dog, go for a run -- any type of physical activity will benefit your mind and body. Want your run to be more social? Download the FREE app "STRAVA" and search for the "Redskin Nation Run Club." When you ask to join, you'll be connected with participating students, our cross country coach Mr. Robinson, Big Redskin Nation aka Mr. Kovitch, and School Board member Mr. Nejman. Take advantage of the warming weather and get fit!
Don't forget to send us your child's age for board game delivery at: INFO@CUYHTS.ORG
